Event Planner

The Studio Event team plays a central role in bringing these events to life by developing event designs based on Global concepts and ensuring that each experience is adapted and elevated for the local market. The team oversees end-to-end project management in close collaboration with external agencies and internal stakeholders with the objective of delivering immersive, engaging and highly qualitative events. As the volume and complexity of events continue to increase, the team must continue to ensure strong control of cost, quality and timelines, while consistently delivering the ultimate client experience expected from the Brand.

The role of the Event Planner will be a creative role, working closely with relevant teams to ensure highest creative and innovative Event projects that meets the Brand’s standard and global AD direction while supporting business needs.

He/she will report to and support the Studio Manager.

He/she is responsible for the following:

• →Design development, construction and budget management for Popup venues.

• →Design development, construction and budget management for Outpost venues.

• →Design development, construction and budget management for PR event venues.

• →VM Display and construction management for Retail events ( VVIP & Gaisho Events)

• →Concept development and planning for popup activities.

• →Collaboration & communication with Global AD.

• →Responsible for understanding and adapting Global event design guidelines in the execution of event projects.

• →Responsible to work on design development with 3D modelling software (Sketchup) and 3D visualizations when needed.

• →Work closely with members of Studio to ensure creative and articulated VM display.
• →Check production drawing and support in value engineering and budget control.
• →Seek out and identify opportunities for cost efficiencies, project savings, and innovative design solutions to enhance overall project delivery
• →Ensure highest level of quality and consistency in the construction of all event venues.
• →Interface with relevant internal functional teams and external agencies to ensure optimal Event project delivery.
