Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintains, monitors, supports and/or develops projects and performance management programs.

• Serves as a technical resource to management in the application and interpretation of procedures, rules, and policies.

• Provides support with department, division and section cost models including utilizing the TM-1 and Maximo Budget Applications, state and federal survey/reporting and Board Agenda reporting.

• Maintains, monitors, and/or prepares BPOs,purchase orders and invoices, etc as required.

• Assists in the preparation and research of budgeting, financial planning, developing cost estimates, schedules, and accounting activities as related to Capital Projects for the  Operations'. dDepartments and  its divisions utilizing the Enterprise Project Management (EPM) system as needed.

• Serves as the point of contact with assigned departments' personnel to obtain information relevant to budget operatibng plans.

• Prepares and submits monthly accounting and budgeting reports to include, but not limited to, Journal Entries, Monthly Variance Analysis, Explanations and Forecasting reports, and other business/analytical reports, including statistical reports as required.

• Provide technical assistance and training  to staff.

• Performs other related duties as assigned.
