• Learn and perform process definition and governance
• Leadership development
• Cross team collaboration

• →Review process documents and update as necessary
• →Participate in WHQ Gate Reviews that govern programs
• →Perform general engineering and administrative tasks

• Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in any Program administration or Engineering field
• Must have an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher. 

• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship. 

• Self-driven and proactive
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Team player and willing to collaborate with others on projects
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
