Make basic repairs: Patch drywall, fix minor wall damage, adjust doors and cabinets, replace hardware, and handle other small repairs.

  • →

Take care of the details: Install blinds, door handles, switch plates, and other finishing items.

  • →

Help get units rent-ready: Inspect vacant apartments, identify what needs attention, and work through a punch list.

  • →

Keep things moving: Work with property managers and maintenance supervisors to finish units on schedule and communicate any issues or delays.

You won't be expected to be an expert in every trade. We're looking for someone who paints well, is handy, learns quickly, and can handle a variety of basic apartment repairs.

  • Painting experience, preferably in apartments, residential properties, or construction.

  • Basic maintenance and repair skills, including drywall patching and minor carpentry.

  • Someone who works efficiently without sacrificing quality.
