Lead Facility Manager

This position will be responsible for providing a comprehensive range of services in the Facility & Employee Services with a focus on customer centricity, continuous improvement, operational excellence, safety, and compliance.

The responsibilities will include operations, maintenance, purchasing of material, equipment & supplies, pantry management, and helpdesk etc.

The Lead Facility Manager will be responsible to manage the tactical delivery for the assigned property/facility and be the on-site key point of contact for client, stakeholders, and vendors.

Vendor Management, Financial Management, Operational Reporting, Mail service, Supply/Stationary management, EHS related support, Daily inspection, Procurement/Invoice process, Helpdesk, Document management, Filing document, PPM, Fire Safety service, Helpdesk, Car fleet, Parking, Waste management, Fixed asset management, Security Card, New hire orientation, Business trip arrangement, Switchboard/Reception service

–       Communication skill to establish trust relationship with team, vendor, users, client, stakeholder, Landlord etc.

–       Has a customer-oriented attitude, action; flexible, listen, proactive

–       Positive mind to improve for better service

–       Documentation skill to create report, manuals

–       Over 3 years’ experience in Facility industry or some areas which utilize past experiences

–       Demonstrates proactive & professional approach to customer service.

–       People management

–       Business level English (both verbal and written)
