We are seeking a detail-oriented revenue operations professional to support a growing, globally distributed go-to-market organization. In this role, you will optimize revenue systems, improve data quality, and streamline territory planning to help sales teams operate more effectively. You will transform complex sales data into actionable insights that inform leadership decisions and drive business growth. • Territory planning and account distribution: Execute weekly account assignments, maintain user profiles and automated workflows, address regional coverage gaps, and coordinate territory assignments for new Account Executives (AEs) and Business Development Representatives (BDRs).

  • Data quality and governance: Maintain accurate account hierarchies, resolve discrepancies between systems, conduct data audits, implement validation rules, and monitor data quality metrics and scorecards.

  • Reporting and analytics: Build dashboards and reports that help sales leadership monitor territory coverage, AE capacity, account penetration, BDR productivity, and regional performance across North America, the UK and EMEA, and Asia-Pacific and Japan (APJ).

  • Sales support and enablement: Provide first-line revenue operations support, manage account ownership and hierarchy changes, support product-led growth (PLG) initiatives, and create training materials and documentation for sales teams.

  • Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with Sales Leadership, Marketing on account-based marketing (ABM) alignment, Finance on headcount and productivity planning, and Business Applications teams on system configurations and business reviews.

  • Process improvement: Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, automate recurring tasks, strengthen data governance, and create scalable workflows across the revenue operations function.

  • Project execution: Own process improvements from planning through implementation, ensuring systems, territory management, and reporting processes remain aligned with evolving business needs.
