Program Manager

• →Oversee process analysis and improvement work feeding into automation initiatives
• →Build business cases for process improvements, including cost/benefit analysis
• →Own execution-stage program management across deployment, cutover, and stabilization
• →Partner with the Solutions Architect and Integration Project Managers to align process design with solution architecture
• →Track program-level metrics: savings, throughput, and ROI across execution workstreams
• →Escalate resource, risk, and timeline issues to the Director of Process Automation
• →Build and maintain the process automation execution roadmap in partnership with leadership
• →Travel up to 50%

• Bachelor’s degree in operations management, industrial engineering, or related fields
• 5-7+ years in program management required, with experience in both process engineering and operations management
• Experience managing a team spanning process engineering and program execution
• Experience in distribution, warehousing, or supply chain operations, preferred.
• Experience with WMS integration are a plus
• Experience with PowerBI. and Smart Sheets are a plus
• Advanced Excel Skills

• Track record delivering process improvement and automation initiatives at scale
• Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and operational teams

• Familiarity with WMS, robotics, or physical automation technologies
