Full-Stack Developer

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Full-Stack Developer to join our UniQue team.

• Development of front-end website architecture and design of user interactions on web pages while also develop of back-end website applications.
• Implement core business logic.
• Apply data and security best practices: input validation, authentication/authorization, secure storage, compliant logging and monitoring.
• Ensure web applications are optimized for performance and functionality across different browsers and devices.
• Design responsive applications and design and develop APIs.
• Participate in the design and creation of scalable software.
• Maintenance of code integrity and organisation.
• Writing clean, functional code on the front- and back-end.
• Compile and analyse data, processes, and codes to troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement.
• Perform unit/integration testing, debug, fix, and validate code changes.
• Deliver solutions that fulfil functional and non-functional requirements and align with user expectations.
• Write technical documentation.
• Develop and maintain features across the entire stack, from designing user interfaces and consuming APIs to implementing server-side business logic and database interactions.
• Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms using CI/CD pipelines.
• Bridge the gap between front-end and back-end developers, facilitating communication and ensuring cohesive integration of all system components.

• Master's degree in IT and minimum 15 years of relevant experience (or Bachelor’s degree in IT and minimum 17 years of relevant experience).
• 5 years of cumulative experience using JSP and Apache Tiles in combination, where both technologies were used concurrently within the same assignment/project.
• At least one year of cumulative experience developing Angular frontend software and RESTful endpoints in combination, where both technologies were used concurrently within the same assignment/project.
• Minimum 10 years of experience developing software using Java.
• 15 years of cumulative experience developing frontend software using HTML and JavaScript in combination, where both technologies were used concurrently within the same assignment/project.
• At least 10 years of cumulative experience developing software using Spring Framework and Hibernate in combination, where both technologies were used concurrently within the same assignment/project.
• 10 years of experience developing software using Oracle SQL.
• Experience with Git and its workflows.
• Experience with AI-assisted software-development tools, including their secure configuration and the ability to exclude source code or other information from AI processing where required by confidentiality or security requirements.
• Experience with cloud services (e.g. Amazon Web Services, Azure), including deploying and managing applications in a cloud environment.
• Advanced English (C1) communication skills (written and spoken).
