NPI Engineer

NPI Engineer Description - We are looking for NPI Engineer to lead the development, scale‑up, and optimization of ink manufacturing processes. In this role, you will drive process and technology projects, define robust manufacturing procedures, and work closely with R&D and global engineering teams to ensure smooth product introduction into production Job Responsibilities: * Responsible for ink manufacturing process: own, optimize and improve process performance. * Investigate process and equipment issues through hands-on analysis and root-cause methodologies. * Define new processes & specifications for stable, high-quality production. * Collaborate with R&D, Operations, and Singapore engineering teams to align on processes and technology. * Deliver NPI products, working windows, and manufacturing instructions to the production team, including specifications and procedures. * Ensure engineering deliverables and documentation for new processes meet project specifications. * Lead process problem-solving.
