Nightingale Veterinary Partners is a fast-growing family of veterinary practices, headquartered in New York City. The organization includes practices in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and Massachusetts.

We are building a company focused on clinical excellence, sustainable growth, and long-term value creation. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Compliance Program Coordinator who wants to play a meaningful role in shaping the organization's future.

Nightingale Veterinary Partners is looking for an experienced ezyVet expert to own the setup, administration, training, and ongoing management of ezyVet across our veterinary hospitals.

This person will be the internal subject matter expert for ezyVet and the primary point of contact across Operations, Finance, IT, and our practice teams. They will build new sites, maintain companywide standards, support integrations, train teams, and help ensure ezyVet is accurate, consistent, and used effectively across the organization.

The right person will understand both ezyVet and veterinary hospital operations, including how system setup impacts workflow, inventory, reporting, pricing, and financial accuracy.
