Location: East Hartford, CT

1st Shift: Mon - Fri 7:00am - 03:30pm

Coordinate daily maintenance operations, lead and train team members, and develop preventive maintenance schedules. Also oversee specific areas such as equipment repairs, safety compliance, and inventory management.

Your Expertise:

5+ years combined industrial maintenance/leadership experience
Demonstrated ability to perform the essential functions safely and effectively
Ability to communicate clearly, follow written procedures, and maintain accurate work records
Equivalent relevant education, training, and demonstrated competency may be considered with company approval

Assign and prioritize breakdown, corrective, and preventive maintenance work
Support advanced mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and machine recovery
Coordinate equipment downtime, repair status, and priorities with Production team
Contact, schedule, and coordinate contractors and OEM service providers
Identify parts, verify OEM part numbers, obtain pricing and availability, and submit purchase requisitions under company procedures
Review, prioritize, and schedule PMR work orders, including required parts and production access
Conduct forklift training and evaluations
Mentor technicians, monitor work quality, and review Limble documentation
Escalate urgent safety, equipment, and resource concerns to the management team

$34/hour - $43/hour
