Amar Bank is one of the most technologically advanced digital banks in Indonesia. Our leading

digital lending product, Tunaiku has the distinction of being the first FinTech product in

Indonesia. We are also the first digital bank on the cloud. As the first profitable digital bank, we

managed to get listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange.

How did we manage to do that?

We are changing people’s perception of a bank. We believe we are the innovators who combine

customer focus principles with creating technology-based impact. We incorporate freedom and

flexibility as part of our startup working culture DNA to encourage innovation in creating better

financial solutions for the banking industry. We think of ourselves as, ‘A technology company

How did it all start?

Founded on March 15, 1991, in Surabaya as PT Anglomas International Bank (Amin Bank), the

bank was acquired by Tolaram Group and transformed to PT Bank Amar Indonesia (Amar Bank)

in 2014. It has then undergone a significant digital transformation to become one of the

country's forerunning fintech institutions through its award-winning digital lending platform,

Tunaiku.

Responsible for banking risk management, including reviewing credit processes and analysis, preparing regulatory reports and bank risk profiles, stress testing, scoring validation, calculating market and funding risks, and monitoring the implementation of policies and risk management follow-ups.

Update the Risk Appetite & Risk Tolerance through Board of Directors Decrees (SK Direksi) and conduct studies using historical data.

Responsible for reviewing the credit granting process and credit analysis for both MSME and Commercial & Corporate Banking.

Prepare the Bank Health Level Report (Tingkat Kesehatan Bank - TKB).

Prepare the Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP) report / Bank Minimum Capital Requirement.

Responsible for performing score validation for Tunaiku credit scoring through backtesting processes.

Prepare the Bank Risk Profile Report.

Perform Macroeconomic Stress Testing calculations.

Calculate Risk-Weighted Assets (RWA / ATMR) for Market Risk.

Monitor the maximum limit allocation for Tunaiku (credit limits > IDR 30 Million).

Calculate the funding profile via the Internal Liquidity Adequacy Assessment Process (ILAAP).

Accountable for the overall Risk Management Function activities assigned under his responsibility.

Bachelor's degree (S1) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.

Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Banking Risk Management, Market Risk, Liquidity Risk, or Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) in the banking sector.

Strong working knowledge of OJK regulations regarding Bank Risk Profile (TKB), ICAAP, ILAAP, and Market Risk RWA (ATMR) calculations.

Experience in conducting Macroeconomic Stress Testing and credit scoring model validation/backtesting.

Solid background in reviewing credit analysis and processes for MSME and Commercial/Corporate banking facilities.

Proficiency in financial modeling, quantitative data analysis, and advanced Excel skills.

Holds relevant risk management certifications

Prior experience working with digital lending products, fintech credit risk models, or retail credit products.

We exist to ensure that the project is provided with a complete risk management information system that ultimately determines how to control and oversee the project’s effectiveness and fulfillment.

It’s our job to innovate strategies to mitigate identified risks, apply risk management methodologies and risk analysis tools, and integrate insurance policies of treating prioritized threats with the project management team.
