Consultant Expert- Finance COO

Part of COO team and Management supporting unit .

Support IB leadership in business planning, forecasting, and performance tracking.

Drive strategic initiatives, productivity programs, and transformation projects.

Prepare presentations, business updates, and dashboards for senior management and global stakeholders.

Provide analyses on revenue, costs, and headcount

Oversee adherence to control framework

Coordinate with various stakeholders including Compliance, Risk, and Legal to ensure proper supervision of business activities.

Support periodic business reviews

Track completion of mandatory trainings and supervision activities

Partner with Operations & Technology to improve process efficiencies, reduce errors, and enhance delivery.

Facilitate system access, and administrative workflows.

Monitor quality and timeliness of operational tasks along with monitoring and maintenance of KPI/KRI for the BU

Coordinate headcount planning, hiring approvals, onboarding, and role changes.

Create and conduct recognition programs, and talent initiatives.

Manage communication of key messages from leadership to teams

Act as a key liaison with Finance, HR, Technology, Compliance, Operations, Risk.

Drive alignment on new processes, tools, and organizational changes.

Serve as the central point of contact for management teams and central function COO

Excellent analytical, reporting, and presentation skills (Excel, PowerPoint, BI tools)

understanding of investment banking products

Familiarity with IB systems

Ability to work with senior stakeholders and handle confidential information.

Strong communication and influencing skills.

Detail-oriented, structured, and highly organized.
