As a Supply Chain Project Manager – Level 3 or Level 4 located in Chandler, AZ, you’ll be a linchpin in missions of paramount importance, defining the art of the possible from day one.

Seeking a highly skilled candidates to oversee complex propulsion components and drive successful program execution. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of supplier performance, ensuring alignment with program objectives, and delivering on-time results. This role requires a leadership mindset, strong technical acumen, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

In this job, you will:

Lead program execution for propulsion-related supplier activities, ensuring milestones are met, and objectives are achieved.
Identify, assess, and manage risks and opportunities to mitigate challenges and optimize supplier performance.
Track supplier milestone completion and invoicing for forecast accuracy
Drive resolution of technical issues in collaboration with suppliers, cross-functional teams, and other stakeholders.
Provide frequent, detailed program status updates to internal teams, ensuring leadership and stakeholders are informed of progress, risks, and solutions.
Manage and overseeing proposal efforts, including supplier coordination and cost analysis to align with program requirements.
Coordinate and conduct supplier site visits as needed to ensure program compliance, facilitate collaboration, and drive issue resolution.
Lead a team of individuals in a dynamic, fast-paced Program environment with responsibilities including rapid requirements execution, standard parts ordering, scrap/spare/replacement planning and serve as a GSC liaison to the Program Operations and GSC Execution IPTs

This position can be filled at either a Level 3 or Level 4.

Basic Qualifications for Level 3:

Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of professional experience – OR – Master’s degree with 3 years of professional experience – OR – PhD with 1 year of professional experience. Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree.
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret security clearance

Basic Qualifications for Level 4:

Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of professional experience – OR – Master’s degree with 6 years of professional experience – OR – PhD with 4 years of professional experience. Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree.
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret security clearance

Primary Level Salary Range: $81,400.00 - $122,000.00

Secondary Level Salary Range: $101,400.00 - $152,200.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
