→Sales & Customer Engagement – Deliver outstanding service, build relationships, and drive sales.
→Store Support – Assist with merchandising, store coverage, and maintaining a visually appealing retail environment.
→Inventory Management – Price, track, and process merchandise while ensuring stock is rotated appropriately.
→Volunteer Coordination – Support and train volunteers, ensuring a positive experience.
→POS & Operations – Process sales using our Point-of-Sale system and help maintain store safety.
→Travel Flexibility – Work across multiple retail locations and occasionally assist at the donation center.
→E-Commerce – Post, list, and ship items sold through our E- Commerce programs.

Experience – 1+ years in retail sales experience preferred.
Skills – Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
Tech Savvy – Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
Flexibility – Ability to adapt to changing store needs and work weekends/holidays.
Physical Ability – Lift up to 50 lbs., move garment racks, and stand for extended periods.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) – Highly desirable but not required.
