Hospital Manager – Alpine Animal Hospital | Corvallis, OR

Alpine Animal Hospital in Corvallis, Oregon, is seeking a motivated and compassionate Hospital Manager to help lead our dedicated team and support the continued growth of our practice. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong people leader who is passionate about veterinary medicine and ready to make a meaningful impact on hospital operations, team development, and the overall client and patient experience.

We welcome candidates from a variety of professional backgrounds who are energized by team leadership, operations, and creating a positive workplace culture. Prior veterinary experience is helpful but not required. We're looking for someone who is adaptable, solutions-oriented, and passionate about supporting a growing team while delivering exceptional service to pets and their families.

Located in Corvallis, Oregon, home to Oregon State University, Alpine Animal Hospital has proudly served the community since 1970. We are a full-service veterinary hospital offering compassionate, high-quality care to dogs, cats, pocket pets, and exotic animals.

Our hospital has recently undergone exciting improvements, including new patient monitoring equipment, heat support systems, dental radiography, ultrasound, and upgraded computer and phone systems. We have also introduced new protocols and procedures to enhance efficiency, patient care, and the overall hospital experience.

Our services include soft tissue and orthopedic surgery, dentistry, urgent care, nutritional counseling, and an in-house pharmacy. We're also proud of our commitment to community outreach through our feral cat program and low-cost spay and neuter services for income-qualified families.

At Alpine, we believe in fostering a collaborative, supportive, and fun workplace where team members feel valued and empowered to grow. Our experienced, well-trained support staff work closely with our veterinarians, including two Oregon State University alumni, to deliver exceptional care. We also enjoy working with OSU veterinary students and providing mentorship opportunities whenever possible.

Life in Corvallis offers the perfect blend of small-town charm, outdoor adventure, and a vibrant college-town atmosphere. With beautiful hiking and biking trails, farmers' markets, local restaurants, and easy access to Oregon's coast and larger cities, there's something for everyone to enjoy!
