Be the friendly face and voice guiding clients through our hospital experience

Greet clients and patients warmly, facilitate check-ins and check-outs
Manage appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and confirmations using approved processes
Welcome and onboard new clients with clear information on hospital services and policies
Communicate professionally through telephone, email, text, and in person
Support hospital operations through efficient reception flow and client service

Strong communication and customer service skills
Professionalism and empathy in client interactions
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple communication channels effectively
A team-oriented approach and willingness to support hospital operations
