Internship - Electrical Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Electrical Engineering Intern to join our substation design team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in electrical engineering, specifically in the area of electrical engineering of primary/secondary circuits of HV substations. This role requires availability at least 20h per week and you must be able to work in hybrid mode from our office in Kraków.

• Assist in the design and development of electrical substation projects
• Support the preparation of technical drawings, specifications, and documentation
• Collaborate with senior engineers to analyze and solve engineering problems
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to design discussions
• Conduct research and gather data to support project requirements
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Electrical Engineering
• Basic knowledge of electrical engineering – with special attention to P&C, SCADA and Communication areas or primary substation equipment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Familiarity with engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Zuken E3, Eplan P8).
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, knowledge of Polish and English (at least B2 level, technical vocabulary)
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment, positive “can-do” attitude
