#LI-HybridYou'll join the New Zealand operations team, owning the day-to-day health and growth of our local business. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role at the centre of the market: you'll run and iterate local operations end to end, keep a close eye on how our product performs for riders and drivers, and act as the connective tissue between NZ and the regional Data, Marketing, Product, and Finance teams. New Zealand is a compact but fiercely competitive market, and the team is small — scope is broad, feedback loops are short, and the impact of your decisions shows up in the numbers within the week. We're also changing how the team works: AI tooling is part of the operating model, not a side experiment, so you'll be expected to use it to move faster than a team this size normally could.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Running day-to-day operations for the NZ market — the local operating calendar, campaigns and initiatives — and continuously analysing rider and driver behaviour to find what's working, what isn't, and what to change next
- →Acting as the hub between local and central teams — Product, Data, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service and regional ops — translating NZ market needs into clear requirements and tracking projects through to delivery
- →Using AI to accelerate the work: building tools and workflows into analysis, reporting, monitoring and daily execution, so a small team operates like a much bigger one
