Screen Printing / Pad Printing Associate (Entry-Level)

• →Set up and operate screen printing and pad printing equipment (training provided)
• →Packing and Unpackaging delicate parts.
• →Inspect printed parts for accuracy, alignment, and defects
• →Follow work instructions, job travelers, and production schedules
• →Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• →Assist with other shop tasks as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Willingness to learn new skills in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to [X] lbs

• Previous experience in printing, manufacturing, or production environments
• Familiarity with basic tools and shop equipment
