Everforth ECS is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a rapidly growing data analytics and business intelligence program that delivers data-driven solutions for federal customers. The Project Manager will lead multiple concurrent workstreams and serve as both a project manager and business analyst—rapidly gaining command of new initiatives, leading stakeholder engagement, and driving projects from initiation through delivery and closeout.
This role requires a proactive, hands-on delivery leader who is comfortable initiating projects, clarifying business needs, translating requirements into actionable plans, managing risks and dependencies, and coordinating technical and business stakeholders. The Project Manager will work closely with product owners and technical teams to ensure projects remain aligned to mission needs, scope, schedule, and delivery priorities.
The ideal candidate is a critical thinker and strong communicator who can operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment; manage several high-priority efforts at once; and quickly establish credibility across varied technical and business areas. The candidate should have a foundational understanding of IT concepts and be comfortable supporting projects involving data pipelines, analytics, reporting, visualizations, and modern application or cloud-based solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent data analytics and BI workstreams.
- Lead project kickoff activities; establish objectives, scope, stakeholders, requirements, delivery approach, milestones, dependencies, and success criteria.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned workstreams, building strong relationships with federal stakeholders and delivery teams.

- Translate stakeholder needs into actionable project plans, backlogs, and roadmaps.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, meeting minutes, risk and issue registers, and other project artifacts.
- Identify, manage, and escalate project risks, issues, dependencies, scope changes, and resourcing constraints.
- Lead and support Agile delivery ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and release-planning activities.
- Partner with stakeholders and technical teams to maintain and prioritize backlogs in Jira.
- Use Confluence and other collaboration tools to create and maintain project documentation, requirements, decisions, process flows, and stakeholder-ready materials.
- Support change control activities (creating and submitting CRs).
- Support project governance activities (preparing and coordinating Privacy Threshold Agreements).
- Prepare clear, concise, and audience-appropriate project communications.
