The Project Managers work closely with the Director of Park Productions to manage all of the client projects in the Pro Unit. There are typically 2 Project Managers who work together to make sure everything gets done. They serve as producers on many (but not all) of our client projects, and oversee the other staff producers for the rest. They are responsible for tracking the status of each ongoing project, and managing the needs of both the client and the student team to complete each project successfully.
Each project manager will be scheduled for approximately 4 office hours per week, during which they are to complete the majority of their responsibilities. They are also expected to attend two 30-minute team meetings per week.
