Shift Supervisor

Responsible for shift operation of an Exchange branch facility. Oversees associates in the execution of strategies to deliver a tailored customer experience within assigned areas. Utilizes leadership skills to empower associates to create a positive environment that drives the customer experience and Exchange brand loyalty.

Completion of high school or the equivalent. Retail experience. Demonstrated willingness and potential for additional responsibility. If applicable to position, associate must successfully complete the management motor compliance course number 175S within three months of occupying position.

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Ability to supervise store operations and associates
• Must meet all requirements for handling and selling age-restricted products, including alcohol and tobacco

ABLE TO PERFORM VARIOUS DUTIES WITH FOOD SERVICE OPERATIONS. CASH HANDLING, RECONCILE, AND EXECUTE SUPERVISORY DUTIES AS ASSIGNED. CLEAN AND MANAGE SNACK AVE AREA.
