Working closely with project managers, sponsors, business stakeholders, Information Technology and the system vendor, this role will ensure the PMIS remains reliable, secure, user-friendly and aligned with Bayside's Project Management Framework (PMF).
The role combines solution management, technical support, data management, business intelligence, capability development and continuous improvement responsibilities. It is ideal for someone who enjoys working across both business and technology environments and who can translate operational needs into practical business solutions that improve project delivery and organisational performance.

- Driving Project Management Information System and Project Management Framework adoption through stakeholder engagement, training, capability development, workshop facilitation and change support initiatives.
- Developing and maintaining dashboards, Power BI solutions and reporting frameworks that provide trusted project and portfolio information and support informed decision-making.
- Establishing, embedding and maintaining Project Management governance, reporting and data standards, ensuring alignment with the Project Management Framework and organisational requirements.
- Acting as the Project Management Information System subject matter expert, partnering with the System Vendor, Information Technology and business stakeholders to deliver continuous improvement, maximise system value and drive the ongoing maturity of system utilisation and Portfolio Management Framework across the organisation.

- Demonstrated experience developing and delivering training, facilitating stakeholder workshops, supporting organisational change and driving PMIS and process adoption.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into practical system solutions, governance improvements, optimised PMIS processes and measurable business outcomes within project, portfolio management, governance, EPMO or business improvement environments.
Desirable:
- Experience implementing and administering a Project Management Information System.
- Experience in local government or other complex organisational environments.
