GHD is seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced professionals interested in joining our Bundaberg team and leading our growth and presence across the Wide Bay region.

We’re deliberately keeping our search broad. Your project management or technical background could be in transport, civil, water, structural, electrical, environment or another technical discipline. What matters most is your ability to bring strong consulting experience, work closely with clients and contribute to both project delivery and business growth.

• 5 plus years’ experience in consulting, technical delivery or project management
• A background in engineering, environment, project management or another relevant technical discipline
• Strong client-facing and relationship-building capability
• A commercial mindset and an interest in identifying and developing opportunities
• The ability and willingness to contribute directly to project delivery
• A collaborative approach and the ability to work across disciplines, projects and locations
• An interest in contributing to the continued growth of our Bundaberg business
• The ambition to continue developing your career and potentially move into broader leadership over time
• Relevant professional accreditation for your discipline, such as RPEQ and/or CPEng, or working towards attaining accreditation where applicable

You don’t need to already know the Queensland market. We’re interested in professionals who bring the right consulting and client-focused approach, valuable experience and a willingness to collaborate with colleagues who have strong local market knowledge.
