DevOps Engineer

• →Automate deployments and Implement release governance. 
• →Site Reliability Engineering: Maintain SLAs, SLIs/SLOs. 
• →Implement observability dashboards & metrics. 
• →Monitor production systems. 
• →Enforce security best practices- support audit and compliance activities. 
• →Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform. Develop automation scripts and self-healing mechanisms to reduce manual intervention.
• →Required Skills: AWS, Lambda ECS, CloudWatch, API Gateway, Okta, Terraform, GitHub Actions, CI/CD Jenkins.
• →SRE Observability Monitoring, Alerting, Incident Management. Manage incident response, troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and service restoration. 
• →Create and maintain runbooks, and knowledge articles. Participate in incident/ infra issue resolution.

• →Fair understanding of Information Security practices. 
• →Align to the organization policies and procedures.
• →Ensure to get updated with ISMS roles as assigned by the department/process heads.

• 4+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps
• Strong foundation in programming language (Java), scripting (Python / Bash / LUA) and AWS Cloud.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (equivalent practical experience).

• Knowledge of SLIs/SLOs and performance benchmarking
• Deep expertise in AWS (ECS, Lambda, CloudFormation/Terraform, IAM, networking, security controls)
• Solid understanding of telemetry data types: metrics, logs, and traces
• Ownership mindset - you've owned SRE-level reliability (SLOs/SLIs, incident management, runbooks, post-mortems)
• Expertise in observability stacks (Datadog, CloudWatch, ELK/Kibana, or equivalent)
• Ability to proactively identify and resolve platform issues, ensuring high availability, minimal downtime, and a streamlined integration experience for users.
• Strong communicator who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (product, operations, architecture) to ensure platform reliability.

• Experience in a regulated industry (healthcare, fintech, or similar) with working knowledge of compliance frameworks (HIPAA, SOC 2, HITRUST)
• Background in platform-as-a-product thinking — developer experience, internal tooling, self-service platforms
• Contributions to open-source infrastructure tooling or published technical writing

• Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
