• Assist the Property Manager in overseeing on-site teams, managing daily property operations, fostering positive relationships with owners and tenants, and supervising site teams across a portfolio of properties.
• Conduct regular site inspections and performance reviews to monitor service quality, health and safety compliance, and maintenance standards.
• Review and process building budgets and accounts, and prepare financial reports for submission to clients.
• Liaise proactively with clients, tenants, contractors, and government authorities to resolve operational issues and ensure statutory compliance.
• Prepare and present management reports and other related reports as required.
• Ensure compliance of relevant legislation and guidelines issued by the Property Management Services Authority (PMSA).
