o innovation and automation commitments
o multi-supplier service integration, so providers are held accountable for business outcomes, not just contractual compliance.
- Directing the MSP lifecycle, including sourcing strategy inputs, transition and transformation oversight, steady-state performance, contract change and renewal strategy, and quarterly/monthly service review. In partnership with Procurement and Legal, this role negotiates at an expert level on scope, service levels, pricing levers and commercial remedies.
- Partner with and support IT Pillars/LT on their corresponding pillar wise budget/spend for the overall vendor portfolio. This includes:

- approving deviations within delegated authority
- delivering measurable cost avoidance, optimization and value-realization outcomes reported to IT leadership.
- Leading the software asset management capability, including entitlement governance, renewal and true-up readiness, audit defence, publisher risk reviews and automated reclamation. This also means integrating supplier, contract, service and license data into a single governance view across ServiceNow, CMDB and procurement sources.
- Building and leading a high-performing VMO team of vendor managers, software asset management analysts and governance specialists. This includes setting objectives, managing performance, coaching and developing talent, and scaling the function's processes, tooling and reporting as the supplier footprint grows.
