Class A Logistics & Yard Operations Driver – 2nd. Shift

Job Description:

The Commercial Driver’s License (“CDL”) Driver (Class A) - Regional role at Ocean State Job Lot (“OSJL” and “Company”) is responsible for safely and efficiently operating tractor trailer trucks to transport merchandise to retail stores, other distribution and storage locations, as well as various vendor pick-up points and delivery locations. This role may be used for short haul and long haul trips, yard work, container shuttles, vacation relief, equipment service, driver recovery, and any other trips assigned by dispatch.

• →Must be able to work the maximum available DOT hours.
• →Must be able to drive in various weather, traffic and lighting conditions.
• →Should be able to lift and move 50 lbs of material on a regular basis.
• →Should be able to bend, lift, stretch, and reach both below the waist and above the head.
• →Overnight and weekend assignments may be required.
