Responsibilities

→Assisting in managing the asset lifecycle from upload to sunset.
→Applying proper keywords and metadata to digital assets.
→Maintaining the organization of Universal’s digital asset management system.
→Providing library search services to our system users.
→Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training, and Team Member involvement activities.
→Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

In pursuit of a Bachelor or Graduate degree at an Accredited Institution with current class standing of Junior or above.
Minimum cumulative 2.8 GPA is required.
A transcript is required upon application.
Experience with Photo, Video or Design Workflows.
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Suite (Word and Excel).

Nice to Have

Preferred majors include: Film, Video Production, Photo Production, Graphic Design, Library and Information Services, or similar.
Experience with Photo and/or Video Production. This includes photo/video editing, post-production experience, and digital marketing experience.

This internship will be an in-person experience, based in our Orlando offices.
Interns must be currently pursuing a degree at an accredited university, and must have a graduation date later than August 2027.
Universal Orlando does not provide housing. Interns are responsible for their own housing and transportation.
All of our internships are paid, and you may also qualify for housing financial assistance if applicable. The Recruiter will provide specific eligibility details.
