Excellence in managing customers' orders end-to-end process and providing a high level of service

• →End-to-end ownership of the Order-to-Invoice process, from initial order intake to fulfillment and billing
• →Optimize the lead time between customer’s orders and deliveries, informing customers and tracking status of open orders as well as open items from past orders. 
• →Represent the company in front of customers
• →coordinate with other departments to ensure an efficient ordering and supply process.

• →Be Responsible for logistic claims handling as a first point of contact.
• →Propose actions in order to improve customer satisfaction. 

• →Communicate and coordinate with the warehouse in regards of orders and deliveries.
• →Support specific invoice processes for end customers in coordination with Finance

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3-5 years of previous experience in ordering and delivery management or customer relations. 
• Experience in the Israel Diagnostics / Medical Devices / Pharma Markets is a plus 
• Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP – an advantage) and good skills in Microsoft Office
• Customer Oriented
• Collaborative, demonstrates sense of urgency and collective ownership
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, Ability to work with different stakeholders, Agile mindset
• High level fluency in Hebrew and English
