The Head Golf Pro is a pivotal leadership position responsible for overseeing all golf operations at a premier golf facility in the United States. The Head Golf Pro will lead a team of golf professionals and staff, ensuring high standards of service and operational excellence. • PGA or LPGA Class A Professional certification or equivalent recognized golf professional accreditation.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in golf instruction and golf operations management.
• Proven leadership experience managing a team within a golf facility or country club environment.
• Strong knowledge of golf rules, etiquette, and teaching methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.

• Experience working in a private club or resort setting with a high level of member service.
• Demonstrated success in growing golf program participation and revenue.
• Familiarity with golf course maintenance and agronomy principles.
