Working closely with senior leadership, marketing, development, and sales teams, you will turn data and insights into actionable growth strategies. You will also help coordinate group-wide campaigns and events that create a consistent brand story across subsidiaries. Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement SEO and AI search optimisation strategies across multiple brands and markets, covering traditional search engine optimisation, AI Optimisation (AIO), Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO), Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO), and Search Experience Optimisation (SXO).

Technical SEO: Conduct technical audits and implement improvements to website speed, Core Web Vitals, structured data, schema markup, indexing, and analytics integration to enhance search visibility and user experience.

Website Management: Collaborate with marketing and development teams to maintain and improve websites, oversee redesign initiatives, optimise navigation, and ensure fast-loading, user-friendly digital experiences aligned with each brand's identity.

Content Strategy and Optimisation: Lead keyword research, on-page SEO, content planning, and content optimisation. Leverage AI tools to develop high-quality blog posts, market insights, marketing copy, images, and videos that increase engagement and conversions.

CRM and Marketing Automation: Implement and integrate CRM systems to capture, track, and nurture leads generated through websites, forms, email campaigns, and other digital channels. Automate follow-ups and ensure alignment between marketing activities and sales pipelines.

Analytics and Performance Reporting: Monitor organic traffic, keyword rankings, lead quality, conversion rates, and return on investment using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and CRM dashboards. Translate findings into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.

Email Marketing: Develop and optimise email marketing initiatives to support audience engagement, lead nurturing, campaign performance, and customer acquisition.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and development teams to embed digital best practices into campaigns, website projects, and broader business initiatives.

Group-Wide Campaigns and Events: Coordinate integrated marketing campaigns and events across subsidiaries, strengthen collaboration between business units, and contribute to a unified brand narrative. Engage directly with subsidiary leadership to turn shared priorities into measurable outcomes.

Continuous Innovation: Stay informed about developments in AI-powered search, voice search, mobile-first indexing, and digital marketing technologies, continuously refining strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.

SEO and AI Optimisation: Strong understanding of technical SEO, keyword strategy, on-page optimisation, search intent, and emerging approaches such as AIO, GEO, AEO, and SXO.

Technical and Analytical Skills: Experience conducting website audits, improving site performance, interpreting web analytics, and making data-driven marketing decisions.

Marketing Tools: Proficiency in SEO and SEM platforms, including tools such as SEMrush or Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and content management systems such as WordPress.

AI-Powered Content Creation: Practical experience using AI tools to produce and optimise marketing assets, including written content, blog articles, images, and video, while maintaining quality and brand consistency.

CRM and Automation: Familiarity with CRM platforms, marketing automation workflows, lead tracking, and email marketing campaigns.

Content and Communication: Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and explain performance insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Project Management: Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
