The Senior Project Manager, Commercial Strategy & Innovation will partner closely with senior leadership to coordinate strategic initiatives and drive cross-functional growth across consulting, communications, medical communications, payer solutions, data, AI, and technology. This hands-on role combines strategic operations, project management, account planning, and executive support. You will bring structure to complex priorities, ensure stakeholders remain aligned, and turn strategic discussions into clear decisions and measurable actions. The role may be performed remotely from anywhere within the United States.

In this role, you will coordinate strategic priorities, strengthen collaboration across business functions, and ensure that key initiatives progress efficiently from planning to execution. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate account planning for priority pharmaceutical clients, including executive meetings, quarterly business reviews, client touchpoints, follow-ups, and cross-functional planning.

  • Manage senior leadership calendars and coordinate important leadership and client activities, prioritizing commitments, identifying key participants, and preparing agendas and materials that support effective decision-making.

  • Maintain a forward-looking overview of account priorities, client milestones, proposal deadlines, leadership meetings, and cross-functional opportunities.

  • Track the enterprise pipeline, account plans, opportunity stages, owners, next steps, follow-ups, and available revenue attribution across priority accounts.

  • Identify stalled opportunities, scheduling conflicts, ownership gaps, and unresolved decisions, escalating issues proactively when necessary.

  • Build a strong understanding of organizational capabilities and coordinate the involvement of relationship executives, subject-matter experts, solution leads, and delivery teams based on client needs.

  • Support revenue reporting by coordinating cross-functional inputs and tracking opportunities, ownership, next actions, and available revenue attribution without owning revenue targets or decisions.

  • Prepare stakeholders for strategic meetings by developing agendas, briefing documents, presentations, account updates, and recommended next steps.

  • Help develop and implement repeatable account-planning tools, proposal processes, handoff workflows, governance models, and performance-tracking systems.

  • Coordinate post-meeting follow-through and governance activities, documenting commitments, clarifying ownership, and ensuring action items progress to completion.
