Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate financial evaluation and impact analysis of engineering and product changes
Monitor technical cost performance, forecasts, accruals, and financial commitments associated with change notices and purchasing activities
Maintain alignment between Finance, Purchasing, Engineering, Manufacturing and Accounting regarding cost implications and implementation timing
Develop and maintain reporting, metrics, and financial analyses to support management decision-making
Ensure appropriate financial governance, documentation, and control of cost changes
Support of month end close activities and budget development
Drive continuous improvement in cost transparency, reporting accuracy, and change management processes

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
Minimum 5 years of related experience
Motivated, self-starter with ability to work independently and multi-task
Excellent written, oral and listening communication skills
Attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications:

SAP experience
Demonstrated leadership abilities in order to guide engineering and purchasing teams
Understanding of basic accounting
Familiarity with SOX and audit requirements
