Devops Automation Lead

Lead the Cyber Security/Prevent team in Logging & Monitoring, supporting security tools and driving platform optimization across Vodafone Group and local markets. ## What you’ll do * Oversee platform configuration, development, and optimization. * Provide technical leadership across multiple squads. * Work closely with Product owner to prioritise and maintain backlog. * Evaluate and implement new design methods to reduce cyber risks. * Provide technical expertise and decision making on strategies like Tooling cluster, patching & monitoring. * Lead a team of Devsecops Engineers. * Drive automation to improve maintainability and efficiency. ## Who you are * Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, Beats); * Python development; * Kubernetes operations; * Infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible); * Cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure); * BigQuery or similar cloud technology; * Cyber security data analysis and mapping; * Stakeholder engagement; * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; * Excellent communication and collaboration; * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; * Fluency in English. Additional Experience (Preferred) * Platform operations in complex environments; * CI/CD pipeline development; * Site reliability engineering and operational monitoring; * Cloud-native/open-source tools; * Automation infrastructure (Git, CI/CD, container registry); * Data-driven decision-making. ## Not a perfect fit?
