We are a marketing and website agency helping mental health therapists grow their practices through better messaging, strategy, branding, and website design.
We're looking for an exceptional Website Designer & Developer who combines outstanding visual design skills, technical expertise, and a genuine enthusiasm for AI.
We're looking for someone with a strong design eye, not just someone who knows how to use a website builder. Our websites are modern, polished, and tailored to each client's brand. We care about typography, spacing, imagery, visual hierarchy, and the details that make a website feel exceptional.
You'll work primarily with WordPress and Elementor, transforming approved copy and brand style guides into beautiful, functional websites.
We are an AI-forward company. We're actively exploring Elementor MCP and other AI-assisted development tools to improve how we build websites. We're looking for someone who is already experimenting with AI, eager to adopt new technology, and comfortable helping us evolve our processes.
We're particularly interested in candidates who also have graphic design experience, including creating brand style guides and simple logos.
We're looking for someone who naturally asks:
- How could this design be more polished and engaging?
- Does this layout make sense for the visitor?
- Is there a more efficient way to build this?
- How can AI help us produce better work?
- What details or potential issues might I have missed?
If you're someone who takes pride in excellent design, enjoys solving problems, and can independently turn a creative direction into a beautiful website, this could be a great fit.
The Website Designer & Developer is responsible for designing, building, and refining client websites using WordPress and Elementor.
You'll work from approved content and brand style guides, making thoughtful decisions about layout, typography, imagery, and user experience.
You'll collaborate with our copywriters and internal team to build visually cohesive websites that are responsive, accessible, and technically sound.
AI will play an increasingly important role in your workflow. We expect you to explore new tools, adopt more efficient development methods, and maintain strong design judgment regardless of how the website is built.
This is a fast-paced agency environment with multiple projects moving through different stages. You'll need to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and consistently deliver excellent work.
We provide guidance and support, but we also value independence, initiative, and people who take ownership of their responsibilities.
