Senior Clinical Project Manager, Oncology, IQVIA Biotech

We are seeking a US-based Senior Project Manager with proven experience in Oncology clinical trials to join IQVIA Biotech. This role is ideal for a seasoned project management professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about advancing therapies in the Immuno-Oncology space. You will leverage your expertise to lead complex, multi-regional studies and ensure operational excellence while building strong client relationships.

  Lead bid defense presentations and contribute to study strategy development.

  Develop and implement integrated study management plans.

• →

  Oversee planning and execution of medium to large, multi-regional clinical studies, ensuring speed, quality, and cost optimization.

  Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and customer satisfaction.

  Build and lead cross-functional teams, driving collaboration and milestone achievement.

• →

  Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues proactively.

• →

  Ensure compliance with ICH GCP, local regulations, and company processes.

• →

  Manage project financials, including forecasting, scope changes, and revenue acceleration opportunities.

  Mentor and support team members, promoting continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field.

• 7+ years of clinical research experience, including 4+ years in project management.

• Strong knowledge of clinical trial conduct, regulatory requirements, and therapeutic areas.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Proven ability to manage complex projects across geographies and functions.

• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
