Working closely with construction leadership, clients, trades, and internal teams, you will bridge project planning and on-site execution while maintaining clear accountability throughout the project lifecycle. • Coordinate project priorities across teams, monitor commitments, and proactively resolve or escalate issues that could affect schedules, budgets, quality of delivery, or client satisfaction.

  • Prepare project budgets, track actual and committed costs, forecast costs to completion, and implement corrective measures to protect gross margins.

  • Improve project management processes, workflows, and systems, including evaluating and implementing appropriate software solutions.

  • Ensure schedules, budgets, task assignments, CRM records, and project documentation remain accurate, current, and consistently maintained.

  • Lead and support the project coordinator by assigning responsibilities, reviewing work, monitoring progress, and following up to ensure commitments are completed.

  • Track and report key performance indicators through weekly leadership meetings, performance scorecards, and quarterly priorities.

  • Coordinate effectively with field operations while respecting the Construction Manager's responsibility for site execution, trade activities, construction quality, safety, and inspections.
