Responsibilities

→Review shipment information and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy.
→Validate and reconcile shipment, customs, and product-related data.
→Investigate and follow up on data discrepancies and missing information.
→Maintain operational records, trackers, and related documentation.
→Support preparation and maintenance of product descriptions and customs documentation.
→Coordinate with customs brokers, logistics providers, and internal operational teams.
→Monitor and follow up on pending actions to support timely customs clearance.
→Support data maintenance, reporting, and day-to-day import/export operations.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or Specialist Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in import/export, logistics, trade operations, or related operational roles.
Experience reviewing shipment documents and operational data.
Strong attention to detail and data validation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
Business-level Japanese language proficiency (written and spoken)
Good verbal and written communication skills in English
