Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Execute upon tasks set by Supervisor with respect to both currently and potentially awarded projects.
- →Tasks will include submitting utility record requests, damage protection utility locate requests, conducting supervised site visits and assessments, submitting service request packages to the utility providers, compile meeting minutes and continuously learn about the utility companies, their processes and the processes related to our client’s development types.
- →Establish and maintain positive working relationships with the utility providers and their various contractors.
- →Establish and maintain positive working relationships with other DFM/Muller team members.
Requirements
~1 min read- Minimum of 2 years in a client-facing or customer service role.
- Strong verbal, reading, and writing communication skills.
- Excellent business writing and administrative abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
