Project Manager - East Tawas Area

• →Run regular project reviews and update stakeholders on progress.
• →Support continuous improvement projects on the production floor.
• →Lead cross functional teams through project planning and execution.
• →Build and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• →Track milestones and report status to plant and operations leadership.
• →Coordinate with engineering, production, quality, and supply chain on deliverables.
• →Identify project risks and drive corrective actions to keep timelines on track.
• →Manage scope changes and document decisions and approvals.

• Experience with project scheduling and tracking tools.
• Working knowledge of lean manufacturing and process improvement methods.
• Strong communication and cross functional leadership skills.
• Ability to read production schedules, drawings, and technical documents.
• Bachelor degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
• Three or more years of project management experience in a manufacturing setting.

• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt.
• Familiarity with ERP and manufacturing execution systems.
• Experience leading projects across multiple plants or sites.
• Project Management Professional or similar certification.
• Experience with new product introduction or capital equipment projects.
