Responsibilities

→Work within Informatica on-prem and cloud integrations tools to support migration efforts
→Gather, analyze, and visualize team metrics to help identify trends and communicate performance insights
→Assist with deliverables and process improvements related to the organization’s internal support platform
→Maintain and update process documentation in SharePoint to ensure accurate, accessible, and up-to-date team knowledge

Requirements

Education:

Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related
2028 or 2029 graduation year preferred
3.0 GPA

Experience/skills:

Strong verbal and written communication
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work well in teams
Strong initiative, work ethic, and attention to detail
Willingness to learn data migration processes, internal support tools, and new technologies
