ICS Program Manager

As a Program Manager, you'll bring energy, creativity, and leadership to programs that enrich the lives of the members we support. You will guide the appropriate support services for our clients with developmental disabilities or mental health challenges living in their individual homes in the Greenville, NC area. There is regular travel involved in the position about 1.5 hours around the service area. 

We’re looking for someone who brings the experience, skills, and commitment needed to succeed in this role.

• →Bachelor’s Degree from a college or university accredited by an entity approved by USDOE or CHEA
• →A minimum of three years of program and supervisory experience required, including experience in residential services.
• →Must have qualifications to be credentialed as a Qualified Professional;
• →Have a valid driver’s license, good driving record and insurability is required.
• →Must have reliable transportation that will allow movement throughout the program delivery area.
