PDM US is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support our manufacturing operations in Rock Hill. This position is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining facility and production equipment, with a strong emphasis on industrial HVAC systems.

Industrial/commercial HVAC experience is required.

Responsibilities

→Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial HVAC systems and related equipment.
→Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing and facility equipment.
→Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and HVAC-related issues.
→Respond to equipment breakdowns and help minimize downtime.
→Complete routine equipment inspections and preventive maintenance.
→Maintain accurate maintenance records.
→Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) requirements.
→Support facility and equipment improvement projects as needed. [Past Chat...neral main | Chat]

Industrial or commercial HVAC maintenance experience required.
Manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience strongly preferred.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read equipment manuals, schematics, and technical documentation.
EPA Section 608 certification preferred.
Ability to work safely and independently in a manufacturing environment. [Past Chat...neral main | Chat]

You'll have exposure to both facility systems and production equipment, giving you the opportunity to expand your technical capabilities while contributing directly to equipment reliability and plant operations.
