Responsibilities

- →Month-End Closing: Handle reviews, approvals, and exception management.
- →Team & People Management: Hire, retain, motivate, and grow talent; assign tasks and track performance.
- →Reporting & SLAs: Review and finalize SLAs, monitor KPIs, and prepare business or process review decks.
