The Senior Product Manager - Growth will own the growth strategy and performance of the new-business customer journey, from acquisition and quote conversion to online purchase completion. This senior individual contributor role offers the opportunity to drive measurable business impact through experimentation, customer research, product analytics, and thoughtful UX decisions. You will identify growth opportunities, challenge assumptions, and translate customer insights into evidence-based product improvements. Working closely with Product, UX, Engineering, Data, Marketing, and senior leadership, you will shape priorities and deliver initiatives that improve conversion and the overall customer experience. You will also own the UX team roadmap, balancing competing priorities and aligning cross-functional stakeholders around a shared growth strategy. This is an opportunity to make strategic decisions independently, influence senior leaders, and use AI-driven workflows to improve the speed and quality of product discovery and delivery.

  • Own the growth strategy, roadmap, priorities, and measurable outcomes for the new-business customer funnel, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.

  • Develop and continuously refine an experimentation roadmap based on customer insights, performance data, and expected business impact.

  • Analyze funnel performance across acquisition channels, customer segments, and journey stages, collaborating with Marketing to understand how acquisition quality affects conversion.

  • Lead experiments from hypothesis development through validation, implementation, and measurement, using research, prototyping, and product changes to improve outcomes.

  • Partner with Engineering throughout solution design and delivery, managing scope, dependencies, trade-offs, risks, and execution priorities.

  • Monitor post-launch performance, evaluate results, and incorporate learnings into future product decisions and growth initiatives.

  • Build a comprehensive understanding of customer behavior through quantitative and qualitative research, behavioral analysis, segmentation, and persona development.

  • Own the new-business customer experience, partnering with UX to identify friction, improve usability, and optimize customer flows and conversion.

  • Stay informed about modern B2C user experience patterns and emerging trends to guide product decisions and improve the customer journey.

  • Own and prioritize the UX team roadmap, balancing requirements and competing needs across product areas.

  • Independently lead strategic discussions with senior and executive leadership, presenting evidence-based recommendations, business trade-offs, and clear decision narratives.

  • Align Product, UX, Engineering, Data, Marketing, and other stakeholders in a matrixed environment, driving decisions without relying on direct authority.

  • Work closely with Engineering to understand system behavior, architecture, technical constraints, dependencies, and implementation feasibility.

  • Apply AI tools across discovery, research, analysis, experimentation, decision-making, and delivery to improve product effectiveness and execution quality.

  • Support other Product Managers with practical guidance on growth analytics, experimentation, and outcome measurement when needed.
