Engineering Manager - Monroe Area

• →Oversee capital projects from scope and justification through installation and startup.
• →Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for production and quality issues.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• Several years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Prior experience supervising or leading engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methods.
• Experience managing capital projects and budgets.
• Working knowledge of safety and quality management systems.

• Experience with automation, robotics, or controls systems.
• Six Sigma or lean certification.
• Background in regulated industries such as automotive or medical devices.
• Experience with ERP or maintenance management software.
• Professional Engineer license or advanced technical degree.
