The Growth Marketing Manager, Data & Technology Solutions, is responsible for driving the growth and market understanding of WPP’s Data & Technology capabilities, with a particular focus on WPP Open. 

Working across marketing, product, Growth and client teams, the role will translate complex technology and capability into clear, compelling and client-centric marketing stories that demonstrate how WPP helps clients deliver better outcomes. 

A core part of the role will be owning how WPP Open is represented across the DTS marketing programme and content calendar, ensuring a consistent drumbeat of relevant stories and activity. This means moving beyond product and technology messaging alone to tell stories rooted in client challenges, use cases, outcomes and proof points. 

The Growth Marketing Manager will own and drive the development and activation of marketing programmes across content, campaigns, events, digital channels and Growth enablement, helping ensure WPP Open is understood not simply as a technology platform, but as an important part of how WPP delivers growth for clients. 

Success requires a marketer who is commercially minded, client-centric and comfortable working across multiple disciplines. They should be able to turn complex source material into compelling marketing narratives, proactively uncover stories and opportunities to bring client outcomes to life, and work collaboratively across Marketing, Growth, Product and client-facing teams.
