Social Worker - Adults Community

Are you an experienced Adult Social Worker looking for a rewarding community-based role in Cardiff?

Our client is recruiting for experienced Social Workers to join a supportive Adults Community Team, working with adults who have complex care and support needs. You'll play a key role in promoting independence, managing risk, and achieving positive outcomes for vulnerable adults across the community.

• →Manage a varied caseload of adults with complex needs
• →Complete assessments, reviews and support plans
• →Undertake safeguarding enquiries and risk assessments
• →Work closely with individuals, families, carers and partner agencies
• →Support service users to maximise independence and wellbeing
• →Contribute to multi-disciplinary working and outcome-focused practice

• Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England or Social Care Wales registration
• Experience within Adult Services
• Strong assessment, care planning and safeguarding skills
• Ability to manage a busy caseload effectively
• Full UK driving licence preferred

• Competitive rates of £35-£38 per hour depending on experience
